STREETERVILLE—The Loews Hotel has installed a large new sign to its facade. So where's the outrage? There's a few things that make it different from Donald Trump's sign.

LINCOLN PARK—A very large unit in a vintage Lincoln Park building has hit the market at a hefty $10.75 million, making it the fifth most expensive residential property in Chicago.

RIVER WEST—Construction is now underway for the 52 story River Point office tower that will stand at the western end of the main branch of the Chicago River.

UNIVERSITY VILLAGE—The Illinois Medical District Commission has approved a plan to construct a $300 million development that will include a hotel, retail space, office space, a residential tower, and a parking structure.
