Just under two years after overhauling Masa Azul's menu, 24-year-old Jonathan Zaragoza will step down as chef September 15, Chicago Reader's Mike Sula reports. Zaragoza is looking to take a bit of a break, but indicates he could go back to his family's Birrieria Zaragoza before looking for his next gig. The restaurant will stick with the type of street food that Zaragoza implemented and he will help train his replacement before moving on. [Reader]
