Taste Talks Coming; Cops' Burger-Eating Contest; More

SOMEWHERE—Taste Talks, a Brooklyn-based culinary symposium that included many famous chefs at its first event last year, will expand to Chicago in October. Paul Kahan will serve as curator; the other chefs involved, ticket sales and location should be announced soon. [EaterWire]

RIVER NORTH—Head to 25 Degrees tomorrow to watch Chicago policemen face off in a burger-eating contest, listen to live music, play ping-pong, and dunk cops in a dunk tank.
