Not only are Les Nomades chef Roland Liccioni and OrganicLife CEO Jonas Falk opening a pizza place in River North, but they're also planning a brasserie, Cochon Volant, for an under-construction Hyatt on 100 W. Monroe. Expect croissants, steak frites, 180 seats and an outdoor patio. Signage is up at Dough Bros, the pizza and sandwich spot on State, and should be opening very soon. [Crain's/EaterWire]
