SKOKIE—There's a Lao Sze Chuan officially open in Skokie. The new spot from Tony Hu utilizes a similar menu as the others and seats 100. Hu is hoping to finally open his Michigan Avenue restaurant in September, which he says was delayed because of structural work on the landmark building, following the opening of his Vegas restaurant next month.
