Crumbs is not dead after all. Local millionaire and CNBC star Marcus Lemonis has bought the shuttered cupcake chain and is considering reopening some closed stores and opening new locations, possibly with Dippin' Dots or other new items. The fate of the local shops are currently unknown but the website now lists the two Chicago locations that were left, 835 N. Michigan and 303 W. Madison, as "closed temporarily." [Crain's/EaterWire]
