David Burke's Primehouse is undoubtedly best known for its dry-aged steaks but for appetizers, the meats on sticks are excellent options as well. Bacon lovers can feast on bacon on a stick, served with black pepper and a side of maple syrup. The thick cut pieces of bacon rival the best pork bellies in town.
Bacon's not the only item on a stick though. There's also sticky beef rib sticks with guava BBQ sauce and papaya slaw, and Kobe corn dogs fried in tempura batter. It's the type of upscale corn dog that's better than any you had as a child.
