New One Off Head Baker; The Dawson Begins Sunday Music Series; More

FULTON MARKET—In baker shuffles, Greg Wade is moving on from his position as the head baker at Little Goat Bread to run the baking program for all of One Off Hospitality (which is getting its own base of operations around the corner from Publican Quality Meats). Wade tells the Tribune that his plan is to go back to baking basics and will spend a week at Tartine Bakery in San Francisco ahead of his start date at One Off. [Tribune]

RIVER WEST—The Dawson will kick off a weekly "Dawson City Limits" music series this Sunday with Kory Quinn performing on the restaurant's patio. GM/beverage director Clint Rogers will offer up broiled vodka lemonade by the pitcher ($30) and glass ($10). [EaterWire]

MILLENNIUM PARK—Tickets are now on sale for the 7th annual "Chefs on the Grill" event at Millennium Park on June 19, featuring chefs Brian Jupiter (Frontier), Andrew Deuel (Tesori), Pete Coenen (The Gage) and many more. Tickets for the event, which will pair each participating chef with two students from Illinois Restaurant Association Educational Foundation's ProStart program, are $100 in advance ($120 at the door) and can be purchased here.
