Whiskey Trust and Chloe's, the new concepts coming to the Spin space, are both set to open on June 19. Owners Jason Zilberbrand and Jordan Zabinger believe they'll bring something new to the Boystown clientele while incorporating Spin nostalgia. Maxwell Robbins and Jacob Verstegen will serve as chefs.
