Taste New XOCO Dishes and Revolution Brews Tomorrow; Formento's Preview; More

RIVER NORTH—There's a rare event happening at XOCO tomorrow from 5-7 p.m.: a chance to taste four new Rick Bayless dishes paired with Revolution beers. Pairings include hibiscus glazed grilled chicken salad with rosa hibiscus ale and smoked shortrib torta paired with Crystal Hero IPA. [EaterWire]

BUCKTOWN—If you're interested in what will be served at the upcoming red sauce Bristol project, Formento's, then head to The Bristol's Sunday supper series beginning May 18.
