Today's the day that Logan Square eaters get a restaurant based strictly on the Piemonte region of Italy. Osteria Langhe, a 60-seat spot in the former Brand BBQ space, opens the doors at 4:30 p.m.
The no-frills decor centers around a long mural of the Piemonte countryside that covers the bulk of one wall. And wine, lots of wine.
The menu was not available at press time but expect four courses of traditional Northern Italian fare from chef Cameron Grant; click here for more on that. Tonight's opening festivities begin with the appearance of a Barolo winemaker.
