Tonight, eaters in the West Loop will have a new chef-driven Mexican restaurant to check out when Mas officially opens the doors for the first time on the corner of Washington and Halsted. The space is sleek; a white color scheme pairs with wood walls and tables in the bar and dining areas for drinks, noshes and dinners.

Former Sabor Saveur chef/owner Yanitzin Sanchez is implementing a menu highlighted by a selection of nontraditional tacos, plus crudos, small plates, and four types of salsas. The beverage program, created by beverage consultant Lorna Biljan, centers on seasonally-changing tequila and mescal cocktails. Craft beer, Sparrow Coffee, Mexican Coke and fresh-made agua frescas will also be available. Take a look around the space below.
