Rustle + Roux, Cup & Spoon, and More Now Open

LOOP—Although reps said last week that it wasn't supposed to open until June 9, the multi-concept cafe Rustle + Roux soft-opened this morning with a Fabio Viviani appearance. Mercato by Fabio Viviani and Mercadito Taqueria are among the seven food options here. [EaterWire]

HUMBOLDT PARK—Cup & Spoon, the coffee and pastry shop that started as a popup at The Nosh, is open for business. There's around 20 seats and a coffee bar in the gallery space at 2415 W. North. [EaterWire]
