Willow Springs Now Has a Craft Brewpub

A new craft brewpub and microbrewery popped up in the southwest suburbs when Imperial Oak Brewing quietly opened in Willow Springs on May 16. The new spot serves a small rotating selection of house-brewed beers, including some barrel-aged and wood-aged. Current suds options include a strawberry-infused saison.

Imperial Oak is currently open Thursdays through Sundays. The grand opening is scheduled for May 31.
