Brendan Sodikoff is about to unveil the next prong of his warehouse on Green Street. High Five Ramen, the tiny ramen shop in the basement of the building that mostly houses Green Street Smoked Meats, is opening tonight at 6 p.m., Chicago Magazine reports. It will serve a few styles of ramen, oversized Asahi cans, and boozy slushies to just a few patrons at a time at the subterranean bar that most-recently was home to Juno popups.
High Five is just the latest ramen concept to open in town recently, following Lettuce Entertain You unveiling Ramen-San less than two weeks ago. There's no word on when Sodikoff's juice bar, also planned for the Green Street building, will open.
