Snarf's, the Colorado-based sandwich shop that came under fire last Christmas for firing their employees via e-mail, is expanding this summer with two new locations. Both new Snarf's Sandwiches will open in Lincoln Park (955 West Webster Avenue and 2201 North Lincoln Avenue). No official date has been announced yet for either. [DNAinfo]
