Brendan Sodikoff will open Triton Oyster Bar: Steak & Lobster this fall, on the same block as his Bavette's Bar & Bouef and Gilt Bar, in the former Creole space, according to Crain's. The 35-seat space, which won't accept reservations, will pay closest attention to oysters and raw seafood, but will feature a few cooked dishes as well. In an effort to keep prices low, he expects that check prices will average out to be $20 per guest.

Besides Triton Oyster Bar, Sodikoff's other upcoming projects include Dillman's Pastrami Shop, an unknown restaurant in the former home of a car shop, the addition of a cinema to the California Clipper, Doughnut Vault expansions, Maxim's, Balsan and the Waldorf-Astoria, High Five Ramen, his pizza place on Milwaukee Avenue, not to mention any projects we don't know about yet and all of his other restaurants.
