Your Guide to Chicago Craft Beer Week

Tomorrow marks the start of the 5th Annual Chicago Craft Beer Week, spanning 10 days until May 25. Places all across the city will celebrate local breweries with beer festivals, special pairing menus and lots of opportunities to try some rare brews. You can check out the the full schedule of events on the official website, but we've gone ahead and listed some of the highlights, day by day, so make sure to bookmark this page. Happy drinking and get ready for a week and a half of fun.

What: Xoco will be offering a special month-long menu of Mexican street food paired with Revolution Brewing's beers. Dishes include hibiscus glazed grilled chicken salad, Bottom Up Wit steamed mussels caldo; smoked shortrib tort; and a bitter chocolate, piloncillo and Eugene Porter flan.

What: Owen and Engine will partner with Three Floyds to create a special dinner menu pairing three dishes with a trio of beers.

Where: Garfield Park Conservatory
What: Kick off Craft Beer Week with Beer Under Glass. Walk around and take in the sights of the Conservatory while sipping on beers from local brewers. Where: The Radler
What: Stop in for a 'hair of the dog' Temperance brunch at The Radler. The restaurant will be running specials all day on Temperance beers and offer pairing suggestions for brunch item like the pretzel bread pudding French toast.

What: The Publican will team up with Brewery Ommegang for a collaborative beer dinner. There will be a rare beer happy hour starting at 3 p.m. featuring Ommegang Game of Throne beers and more.

What: The Lagunitas Beer Circus is coming to town featuring more than 70 world class circus arts performers, including a burlesque show, carnival rides, and large-scale art and entertainment. The event is also a craft beer festival with brews from Chicago's local breweries, food and more. Tickets are $40 and admission includes 4 beers and unlimited entertainment from noon to 5 p.m. Proceede benefit Rock for Kids, who provides music education to underserved children in Chicago. What: Get ready for the Brew Line, a craft beer double decker bus tour visiting Chicago's best bars. What: Attend Cased Meats for a Cause and enjoy specialty meats from Publican Quality Meats, Butcher & Larder, The Radler and more. What: The West Loop Craft Beer Fest will close out CBW with a large outdoor block party. VIP's get things started at noon while General Admission is from 1 to 5 p.m. There will be plenty of craft beer from dozens of breweries, food and entertainment. Tickets can be purchased online.
