100 Vendors Heading to Pastoral's Free Artisan Producer Festival on Saturday

Stop by the Chicago French Market this Saturday for Pastoral's Fourth Annual Artisan Producer Festival. The free event will have numerous culinary artisans presenting their best food, beer, spirits and wine.

Besides Pastoral, the event will hold demonstrations and panels featuring Girl & the Goat's Will Cordero (who will demonstrate how the restaurant makes their signature "pig face"), Bar Pastoral's new chef Brooks Hart, RAW Chicago's Carole Jones and a panel on heritage meats, charcuterie styles and techniques featuring Cochon 555 founder Brady Lowe, Gregory Laketek of West Loop Salumi and others.

The festival, which will feature around 100 culinary producers in total, runs from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Local businesses Half Acre Beer, Goose Island Beer Company, CH Distillery, Saigon Sisters, Little Goat Bread, Lillie's Q, Da Lobsta, Wisma and many more from here and around the country.
