Husband and wife team Tiffany Kurtz and Chris Sewell soft-opened their second brick-and-mortar expansion of one of Chicago's first food trucks last week, selling more than 18 flavors of cupcakes alongside other baked goods, Sparrow coffee, and cooking classes. The 1500 square-foot space includes Wi-Fi and a lounge area. [DNAinfo]
GLADSTONE PARK—The second Leadbelly Burgers location opens today at 5691 N. Milwaukee. Expect a similar selection of unique burgers and the same rock-and-roll theme but inside a larger space. [EaterWire]
