Dillman's Closed

dillmans-sm.jpgRight on time, Brendan Sodikoff closed Dillman's after brunch service yesterday in order to reconcept much of the space into his Italian spot, Cocello. Despite positive reaction to the Jewish deli fare, early conceptual hiccups contributed to what might be Sodikoff's first misstep. Expect Cocello to open in about a week and a more casual Dillman's to open a few doors down in the summer. [EaterWire]
