A woman alleges to have contracted salmonella from a suburban Portillo's location and is part of a three-count $150,000 lawsuit against the hot dog and Italian beef chain filed in Cook County Court on Friday. The suit stems back to a salad eaten in 2011 at Portillo's in St. Charles and 13 other people are part of the lawsuit. [NBC5]
