Bottlefork Open Seven Days; EL Ideas' Collaboration with Pearl and Ash; More

RIVER NORTH—Beginning today, Bottlefork is open seven days a week. Their new hours are Sunday through Thursday 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. (bar open until midnight), Friday and Saturday 5:00 p.m. until midnight (bar open until 1:00 a.m.) Look for lunch and brunch service to begin sometime in May. DOUGLAS PARK—In the restaurant's newest Ideas in Collaboration series, EL Ideas' Phillip Foss will be joined by chef Richard Kuo from New York's acclaimed Pearl and Ash this Thursday. LOGAN SQUARE—Analogue is now open Tuesday evenings and has begun accepting credit cards as well. Though most identified as a drinking establishment, the spot has been getting solid praise for its food of late. [EaterWire]

RIVER WEST—Evil Twin Brewing will be highlighted at The Dawson's Not Another Beer Dinner on Thursday, April 24. Guests will get to drink select beers while choosing their own food pairings from five stations. Evil Twin brewer Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø will be on hand along with DJ Genghiswon. WICKER PARK—Art Ledda's spring dinner and brunch menus are now available at Rodan. The new menu features items such as 'Zilla Sliders (ground beef and longanisa patties, with bacon mayo and grilled pineapple slaw, on a toasted Hawaiian bun), along with their Baconfest entry, which will help raise money for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
