Graham Elliot Bistro continues to follow in the footsteps of Elliot's shuttered flagship. The bistro's menu, which only included dishes $20 and under when it opened, now has two tasting menus. One of them is a Graham Elliot "greatest hits" option: "deconstructed caesar," cheddar risotto, wild salmon, beef stroganoff, and banana split for $75.
The new menu is being executed by new chef Vincent Alterio, who took over for opening chef Jacob Saben in March. Decor changes also are in the works, there's another menu change coming in a few weeks, and they've eliminated brunch. Check out the new menu below.
