This year's Baconfest (April 25 and April 26) is fast approaching and you can practically smell the bacon in the air. And, now that the menu for the weekend has been unveiled (see below), those attending can begin formulating a plan of attack.
Baconfest 2014 will feature the porky festival's largest menu ever—participants will cook up more than 160 bacon dishes from over 7,800 pounds of Nueske's Applewood Smoked Meats.
General admission tickets are completely sold out, but there are still some VIP tickets available for the Friday, April 25 dinner.
