Randolph Tower Restaurant Close to Opening

The secret Randolph Tower restaurant planned by Roger Greenfield is nearly a reality, as there's a name, chef, and signage. It'll be called Randolph Tavern, feature former One North Kitchen and Bar chef Will Pagulayan in the kitchen, and open within a few weeks, according to its Facebook page and Eater tipsters.

Management remains tight-lipped so other conceptual and menu details are still under wraps. Greenfield leased the 8,500 square-foot space nearly a year ago and the concept remained a secret while his other planned projects fell to the wayside. Expect this one to open to the public very soon.
