ANDERSONVILLE—Big Jones will host their second Trash Fish Dinner on Monday, May 19 and the evening will feature chef/owner Paul Fehribach, along with special guests Phillip Foss (EL Ideas), Andres Padilla (Topolobampo), Colby Garrelts (Bluestem, Rye in Kansas City), Brandon Baltzley (TMIP) and Susan Spicer (Bayona, Mondo in New Orleans).
