Da Lobsta Raises $70K for Food Truck; Gibsons Extends $25 Steak Deal; More

GOLD COAST—Da Lobsta hopes to unveil Chicago's first lobster roll food truck by early summer after raising $70,000 for the project via Bolstr. GOLD COAST—Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse (Chicago, Oak Brook and Rosemont) already announced their plans to celebrate their twenty-fifth anniversary with $25 steaks on Monday, April 21, but now they've extended the deal at their Chicago location through Tuesday, April 22. You can also celebrate with a $25 steak at Hugo's Frog Bar & Fish House (1024 North Rush Street) on both days.
