After leaving Sprout and Frog N Snail, resulting in both restaurants shuttering soon thereafter, Dale Levitski is leaving town altogether. The "Top Chef" alum and fixture of the local dining scene is heading down south to Nashville, Eater Nashville reports.
There are few details on the unnamed project and it's currently unknown what type of food he'll cook. The Nashville scene is gaining serious traction in recent years, most notably with Sean Brock's critically-acclaimed Husk.
Eater Nashville quotes a press release where Levitski says that "Chicago will always be my beloved hometown" but he's excited about the move for various reasons. Follow his move on Eater Nashville and bid him farewell from Chicago.
