Renovated Inovasi Reopens Today; Michael Jordan's Steakhouse Culinary Clash Winner; more

LAKE BLUFF—After 9 days of remodeling that chef/owner John des Rosiers describes as "extensive," Inovasi, in north suburban Lake Bluff, has re-opened for business. RIVER NORTH—The winner of the Culinary Clash at Michael Jordan's Steakhouse is Kennieth Hunter, a culinary student at Le Cordon Bleu. Hunter and his sous chef Brandon Vandedrink will join Jordan's chef Craig Couper to compete in the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Ultimate Culinary Clash in San Francisco and received a $1,500 scholarship.
