Melmans Name Ramen Spot, is it Opening Soon?

Now that the revamped Paris Club (Bistro & Bar) is open, the ramen spot in its former bar and lounge area should be coming soon. The Melmans gave the new concept a name, Ramen-San, and have begun reaching out for lunch and dinner staff. The Paris Club reopening was originally scheduled to open roughly a month before the ramen spot, so it stands to reason that Ramen-San will open within a few weeks.

LEYE reps say they don't have any updates. Little is still known about the specific ramen dishes chef Doug Psaltis will create, stay tuned.
