RIVER NORTH—Although the media got a taste of the La Scuola curriculum today, the public will be able to attend the last major prong of the megastore's opening, the Eataly classes, beginning tonight. Helmed by Lidia Bastianich, La Scuola offers classes for a variety of skill levels on Italian cooking and technique. Tonight's class on risotto is sold out but click here for the upcoming schedule.
