Porkchop Officially Joins the Hyde Park Restaurant Boom

New, 1 comment

Restaurants keep on opening in Hyde Park. Today's entrant is the second Porkchop location, the Southern food and whiskey concept on restaurant row that opened in Harper Court this morning.

The Hyde Park location is similar to the original in that the menu is nearly identical but the hours are much longer, opening at 7 a.m. for breakfast and staying open until at least midnight every day, making it a rare late-night eats option in the neighborhood. There is also a stage for live music and 150 whiskeys.

Randolph Street patrons will also recognize the interior, which has reclaimed wood tables, forestry-themed wallpaper and paintings of cartoon pigs. Check out the menu on the website to get an idea of what the new location will serve.
