Randy Zweiban has kept a low profile since closing Province last year, but now Plate Online reveals that he, chef/restaurateur Norman Van Aken and Steve Rennau (Province's former general manager) have formed VRZ Hospitality Group, a consulting company. There's still no word on when or if Province will reconcept, but this news coupled with the fact that the restaurant's Facebook page and its website have both disappeared are curious signs. [Plate]
