Boka Restaurant Group is finally ready to announce their chefs for their upcoming Japanese concept, Momotaro. Washington D.C. import Mark Hellyar will be serve as executive chef and run the hot menu, while Jeff Ramsey of Tapas Molecular Bar in Tokyo will be the sushi chef.
