Sixteen's Spring Menus; New Allium Chef; More

RIVER NORTH—Chef Thomas Lents has launched his follow-up to Sixteen's inventive "Story of Chicago" menu. Two menus based on the sky, one "night" and one "day," are inspired by ideas like fields, farms, celestial bodies, and tidal influences. [EaterWire]
