dillmans-sm.jpgUber-busy restaurateur Brendan Sodikoff has attached a name and dates to his upcoming "boutique Italian" spot in part of the Dillman's space. Naming it Cocello, it will open on April 14 and serve steak, fish, hand-made pastas and Amaro cocktails. Dillman's will close on April 6 and reopen in the rest of the space as Dillman's Pastrami Shop in the summer. [312DD]
