SAWYER, MI—The final TMIP preview menu at Soe Café will be held this coming weekend. Brandon Baltzley says that this past weekend's vegan menu sold out to the point where they were turning people away at the door. With that in mind, reservations are necessary in order for you to get a taste (at a discounted rate) of what Baltzley and his team will be up to when TMIP Restaurant at Exterior Farm opens sometime in May.
