Yesterday you saw the art-themed Fulton Market Kitchen space, today you see the art-themed menu. Executive chef James Gottwald (Monti's, Sunda, Rockit) and chef de cuisine Kyle Petersen (Ceres' Table, Naha) have put together a creative contemporary menu filled with many trendy items done in new ways.
Starters, small plates and large plates include "Goldfish for Two" (whole fried red snapper), "Two Tails" (pig and lobster), and "Ravioli and Foie." Beverage selections feature four sections of cocktails and an extensive wine list. Check out all seven pages below.
