Coalfire is best known for the pizzas coming out of the 800-degree oven, but the calzones are no afterthought. They're filled with mozzarella, ricotta and romano cheeses and served with a shot of marinara sauce. The selection is simple but should satisfy any calzone lovers. There's the Meat (salami and pepperoni), Veggie (red onions and red peppers) and Margherita (mozzarella, basil, marinara). And like most things at Coalfire, they're best enjoyed piping hot right out of the oven.
