SOUTH LOOP—Pork lovers rejoice, the sixth annual Cochon 555 will take place on April 13 at the Blackstone Hotel. The premier pork competition will feature Tim Graham of Travelle, Abraham Conlon of Fat Rice, Giuseppe Tentori of GT Fish & Oyster, Cory Morris of Mercat a la Planxa and Ryan McCaskey of Acadia. Each will prepare six dishes using one whole heritage breed pig and guests and judges will vote on a winner, who will go on to compete in the Grand Cochon at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen in June. $125 general admission and $200 VIP tickets can be purchased online.
