EL Ideas' Phillip Foss is bringing back his old Meatyballs truck on Thursday to celebrate his restaurant's success. Foss, who is a James Beard semi-finalist, will be "hitting the streets" at lunchtime this Thursday to give away Meatyball sliders (two per person) until he runs out. Dubbed "Balls for Beards," the location(s) of the truck's stops will be determined by people's requests by tweeting to @PhillipFoss and using the hashtag #jbfa. [EaterWire]
