Cellar Door Provisions is Now Open in Logan Square

Logan Square has a new breakfast and lunch spot that's focused on artisanal cooking with the opening of Cellar Door Provisions today. The scrappy spot comes from partners Tony Bezsylko, Ethan Pikas and Justin Behlke (of local underground pop-up Thurk).

The opening menu, as promised by the owners last year is simple. There are various pastries, as well as a quiche and a bread plate for breakfast. While lunch features a tartine (elderflower kefir, charred onion and shaved carrot), and two selections each of salads, soups and entrees (see the full opening menu below).

The concise menu is a good thing for the tiny space, which only seats 20, ensuring faster turnover. The team have also announced their first single-seating dinner event for Sunday, February 23, which is already sold out.
