Snarf's employees that were brutally fired via email three days before Christmas held a press conference outside the reconcepting sandwich shop this morning to announce that Snarf's offered them their jobs back as well as back pay when the shop reopens later in the month. Workers held signs, fliers, and blown up checks while workers and representatives stood behind microphones and called the settlement a victory.
The Colorado-based fast-casual restaurant group started a firestorm when they fired the employees. A copy of the email was subsequently leaked to Chicago Grid, Snarf's CEO Jim Seidel issued an apology days later, now the company is issuing jobs and money.
