All-Star Popup Lineup Coming to Hidden Separate Space in Kinmont

Element Collective has yet another trick up its sleeve. Ampersand, a secret restaurant and test kitchen concept inside recently-opened Kinmont, will be the home of an ongoing series of popup food and drink events with some big names.

Attendees will enter the stand-alone 30-seat space, which has its own kitchen, bar and bathrooms, through the Kinmont kitchen. The name comes from ownership's mission of bringing the culinary community together.

The preliminary calendar already includes a preview of Mindy Segal's bakery, a Mike Sheerin birthday ramen event, a return visit by former two-Michelin-starred RIA chef Danny Grant, and more. Tickets are only available through the website or newsletter; the first event is already sold out so it's best to act fast.
