WICKER PARK—A precursor to some recent bartender shuffles turns out to be Brad Bolt's exit from behind the bar at Bar DeVille. Bolt, who worked at Empire Liquors before moving to open DeVille five years ago, will relocate to behind the bar at the concept that replaced Empire, Revel Room, according to owner Matt Eisler.
