La Grande Vie is Closed For Good

After opening quietly in December 2012, La Grande Vie has closed quietly as well—and reps say it's for good this time. The Gold Coast lounge closed temporarily last year before two former RL bartenders became co-owners and resurrected it.

Word on the street is that new ownership is already zeroing in on the space, but that is unconfirmed at this time. La Grande Vie focused on cocktails and bistro fare while attempting to veer away from pretentiousness.
