LAKEVIEW—The Hearty Boys are launching brunch service at Spritz Burger on Sunday. Although the brunch menu isn't available at press time, expect whimsical fare and sweets from pastry guru Gale Gand. [EaterWire]

FULTON MARKET—Those who remember the One Year In with chef/owner John Manion of La Sirena Clandestina in October should recall his hints about changes at the restaurant. Those changes are now in place, including new lunch, brunch, dinner, and late night menus, a dinner format sectioned into three parts (fish, meat, vegetable), a new patio and host stand, and cosmetic tweaks to the menu design and interior.
