BIG & little's Now Open in Lakeview

The second location of BIG & little's opened on Valentine's Day to huge business, according to DNAinfo.

As previously reported, Tony "little" D'Alessandro and Gary "BIG" Strauss took over the former Indie Burger spot in Lakeview last fall. The location has been home to several failed concepts, and the duo went in with the idea of both breaking its curse and the hopes of expanding into more locations down the line.

"This could be the spot where it could be multiplied," D'Alessandro previously told Eater.

Quietly opened this past Friday to give their new staff room to breathe before announcing their grand opening, the new location was swarmed by customers. BIG & little's Lakeview cooked up more than 800 orders just on Saturday and Sunday.

The Lakeview location, which will offer deliver service at some point, is open daily at 11 a.m. and will close at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Closing times for Friday and Saturday, however, are in flux at the moment.
