As promised, the menus at Bottlefork, the Kevin Hickey and Rockit Ranch collaboration in the former Dragon Ranch space, are bar-inspired. Charcuterie, shared plates, salads, bar snacks, and meat-centric entrees make up the dinner menu; much of it wood-grilled or cooked on the rotisserie.
The beverage menu features some doozies, such as the "Bill Brasky": Journeyman rye, moonshine, Buffalo Trace bourbon, Bank Note scotch, Hammer and Tongs vermouth, orange bitters, and a vintage playing card frozen in a large ice cube for $30. Other cocktails include originals, modern classics, and vintage classics ($14), craft beer selections, and a large wine list. Three soft serve sundaes and three cheeses encompass the dessert.
The restaurant will open for walk-ins on Thursday; reservations will be available starting on February 18.
